Universities and high schools are readying high-tech ways to curb the spread of Covid-19

When students at Queen's Grant High School in Matthews, North Carolina, return to class in late August, they'll notice a purple glow emanating from the vents as they walk down the hallway. The charter school has installed UV lights into its HVAC systems as part of an effort to eliminate viruses and other bacteria in the air.
