Employers illegally used Facebook ads to exclude women and older workers, says EEOC

Seven employers, including Capital One and Edward Jones, violated federal law when they used Facebook ads to exclude workers based on their age or gender or both, according to determinations from the federal agency that enforces laws prohibiting workplace discrimination.
