Rocket attack on U.N. base kills 3 in Mali

An attack on a United Nations base, using dozens of rockets, killed at least three people in northern Mali on Sunday, a U.N. spokesman said. One of the dead was a U.N. peacekeeper and two more were civilians. At least 12 more people were wounded.
